李煜昌律师，北京市万国法源律师事务所非诉讼法律事务部主任，主要服务领域为国际贸易、招投标、企业法律事务。

The main practice areas are legal service on international trade, tendering and bidding, and corporation law.

Experiences:

Li has worked in international trade for about 20 years, and is quite familiar with the process of import and export business. He visited many countries for many times, for example, USA, France, German, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Luxemburg, Monaco, Holland, Portugal, Spain, Japan, Singapore, Thailand and so on, for holding exhibitions, setting up branch, business negotiations, technical communication, inspection and acceptance of equipments. With these experiences, Li has very strong advantages in providing legal service to each process of international trade, contract negotiation, dispute settlement, and legal training on international trade.

Started to participate in international competitive bidding in 1988, Li undertook the bidding events which including the projects of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health of China, financed by the Credit/Loan from the World Bank, and the projects for procurement of medical equipments supported by the U.N. Population Fund, the U.N. Children’s Fund and domestic projects of government procurement, and so on. Within over ten year’s experiences in bidding, Li owns rich practice knowledge in tendering and bidding, is familiar with the procurement regulation of World Bank and other international financial organizations, and has a good understanding of the legal risks and settlements on the each process of tendering and bidding. He can provide systematic, practical and perfect legal services on argumentation, preparation, inspection of tendering and bidding documents, training of legal knowledge, general legal affairs consulting, and provide lawyer witness for tendering and bidding.

Since 1998, Li took part in the area of establishment and management of corporation, and built up rich experiences in this field. He is familiar with the process and operation model and relevant laws and regulations on establishment, operation and management of enterprise, and provides proper solutions and risk elusion for clients.
